The comb is made from ethically cultivated hardwoods, such as Padouk or Walnut. At the workshop, we laser-etch the Gunslinger design onto your comb, then shape and hand-file each comb body and tooth with smooth chamfers to provide a pull-free experience while remaining comfortable in the hand. We also use our in-house wood finish recipe of local beeswax and mineral oil to give the comb a vibrant color, durable finish, and wood-preserving protection.
 
Each comb comes with a full-grain leather sleeve, which is also handmade. It is hand-dyed, stitched, and finished with waterproofing compound for extra protection.
