This acrylic template is used to create a simple one-piece, folded and stitched card wallet. One side of the case, as designed, has a thumb slide for ease of access to cards, with an oval cutout for card visibility. The other side has a straight edge for good card retention and does not require a second cut. However, you can customize these features to suit your needs.
 
This template is designed to work with the standard card size of 2 1/2” x 3 1/2” (63.5mm x 88.9mm). The material used is sourced from a US-based business in California and is high-grade cast acrylic sheet at 0.093” (2.3mm) thickness, providing a flexible yet strong material that will last for many years.
